Default Printing Decals...

Does anyone know how to print decals well enough so they stay on? Kind of like the ones that come with the kits, or at least something similar so they dont just fall off. I'm trying to get these printed for my car.

Kevin,

I replied on your last email you sent to me about the revisions you made on your artwork. It might of gotten placed in your bulk mail possibly? If you didn't receive it let me know and I'll reforward it....

Your best bet is a Thermal or Eco-Solvent printer. $$$$

You can buy inc jet ready clear lable sheets at Staples.
they won't be as high quality as you get in a kit or seperate decal sheet but i find they hold up well for a season of raceing.
if they last longer then that then your not racing hard enuff

Cool, although I'm in Australia and I don't know that shop.... Sounds like our Office Works or something like that. Now that I know something's out there, I'll be able to find it.

Thanks

Eco-Solvent is what you want but the equipment cost is prohibitive for personal use.

If you want to do them yourselft vinyl plotters are reasonably priced but you will be limited to solid colors.

waterslide decals would be too fragil for RC application and the inability to print white on a laster or inkjet is a serious problem.
