Default Really like diff fluids / shock oils for TCD style diffs?

I read in the recent RC Driver about the CEN Matrix Pro and the really like weights they were using for the diffs. What I wanted mainly to know :

- Can you use pretty much any shock fluid for those equivalent weights? (ie- Mugen #500 = 50 weight Trinity , etc?)

- What kind of grease is used instead of silicone when stated?

Thanks!
