Looks pretty futuristic. Can't wait to check it out in person if Trinity shows this buggy at RCX in March.

god...

what kills me about this buggy is the front shock "protector". I'm sure it's probably been said before, but that sure looks like it dig in rather than aid in righting the car in a rollover. Concept=great Execution=blech

...not to mention the friggin' RTR Ofna LX Comp rubber. Put some CF's on there and be done with it!

looks like a 3rd world buggy, i just hope whom ever gets the first off the assembly lline, that it holds up. I like th future looks of it, but ummmm not to sure i would drop 800.00 on it.

street price is supposedly going to be closer to $550-600ish. It's no more a "third world" buggy than the Jammin X1CR FT or even the LX comp (both are manufactured by the same company, in case you didn't know)

Who cares about the tires, you'll just swap em out...and Crime Fighters aren't ALWAYS the hot setup, anyway, and doesn't XRay advertise their buggy with the same rubber on it in their ad?

Also...show me one buggy whose front shock tower doesn't dig into the dirt when it goes inverted that looks to me like it'd dig in LESS, and I never heard anybody claim it would right it on a rollover anyway

Looks like $800-ish to me. Already marked-down from almost $1100 a week ago as it were

You could knock-off maybe $100-120 for a "street" price at the very most, but that would still put the buggy at roughly $700.
