Default Parts to make TC3 Buggy?

I had the thought about turning my TC3 into an offroad buggy for quite some time now. What parts would I need to convert? I saw the TC3 O conversion kit but i'm looking for a bit cheaper and inexpensive.

Right now I'm thinking of using:
B4 or B3 Arms
Perhaps stock carriers but with Losi replacement.
Rear hubs (losi or b4 rea hubs)
Losi wheels
B4 CVDs or Dogbones?
For now just Piano Wire for hinge pins till i find exact measurement.
NTC3 Steering Rack
Losi Ball Cups

Any help here? I'm interested in turning it into a buggy so yeah....

Why bother? Ive seen a homemade conversion which worked ok, but there are many better alternatives out there. JConcepts has this design well worked out.

best way to convert it for the money is put it back on the shelf, leave it there and go to your local track or go to jconcepts.com and order the bj-4. much easier and they now are using the tc-4 running gear though no real change from the tc-3. then build it up pull the tc-3 off your shelf remove the electronics and the motor and install as diagramed into the bj-4. then have fun.

Its just the satisfaction of converting it sucessfully.

Wou will need B4 or B3 towers, shocks, turnbuckles, new gearing, you can try some of the BJ4 or XXX4 parts since its based off of the XXXS and thats based off of the TC3. Good luck.
