The hurricane storm surge sandbag track barriers, anti-american warnings, and the fact that the track looks like it was built on top of ground zero must give it a real cozy feeling for team USA..............

There's a full write-up on this new track on SGrid Online, www.sgrid.com. It was intended to be a hotel, but the financial crisis put an end to things. The people who bought it turned it into an r/c track, using the parking garage for pitting, driver's stand, food, parking, etc., and will be completing the hotel in the next two years.

It's very USA friendly - so is all of Jakarta, for that matter. You're either ignored, or treated like a very welcome visitor!!

Get some world maps and see how vast is Indonesia.

Don't you worry,

We Indonesian love American things.

We eat Mc Donald, Krispy Kreme, TGIF, Tony Roma's and so on.

We watch American movies in TV series and cinemas. You can name it from old popular BJ & the Bear, Chips, Charlie Angels, Baywatch to the latest tv series like Desperate Housewife and Sex & City.

Don't you worry. We glad that Americans would come to Indonesia. Don't let terrorism win or change the way we live Right?
