Both times I was ready to run over my B4 outside so I may have not been full on my game.

Scyan: Team Academy has decided to postpone the release of these outdrives. We do not have an ETA as per when if ever these will become available. Talk to you soon!

If you guys are having problems getting the right bound/rebound action for your setup on the pro shocks, you might want to try this:
You can flip the bladders upside down in the shock caps. This seals off the top of the cap, but the air reservoir is essentially gone. My shocks feel pretty similar to AE shocks with the bleeder screw mod now. I ran on a super blown out track this weekend and it helped my car a ton. If you plan on running the same pistons, I would suggest to start 2.5-5 wt. thicker oil. The shock has less rebound, but it is quicker.

Thats a great tip!

For the V1 we had an FAQ built that was maintained by various people. Maybe we should make one like that for the V2?

Has anyone had any problems with the spur gear warping?

I've just rebuilt my V2 and once its meshed, if i give it a run, I can see that the spur does not run true. I cant really see any reason why, other than the spur gear being deformed. Anyone else had any problems.

Also, whats the smallest pinion you guys can use with the 80tooth spur. I'm sure I've run a 15 in the past, but I cant get it to mesh now.

vroomtshh: There shouldnt be any reason why your gears are not running true. That is very strange, I am pretty confident that it is not the spur gear, make sure that your two slipper pads are locked into the key of the spur gear, the spur gear is supported by a bushing or bearing, other then that, take apart your complete slipper assembly and make sure that it is all clean and no excess flashing on any of the parts. GOOD LUCK and if your still having a problem, feel free to give me a call.

I'll strip the slipper tonight and have a check. It was running true before I rebuilt it and changed the spur. Its probably just something simple I've missed.
