I personally run the Pavidas edition motors (as I am sponsored by Peak), but some of my friends have tried the Cavalieri Ed. motors and I have heard nothing but compliments. I would try a 12x1 or 13x1. The 12x1 is a lot of power especially if you haven't run a lot of mod, you might try the 13x1.

I would wait until the new version of the V2 comes out. The one with the endbell that you plug into instead of soldering. Its supposed to be less than a month off. Its supposed to be a running change to all the motors.

I would run the RC motors because they have an added feature, the arm hat. I run what I get, which is the reason for the explanation.

Thanks for the replys. I was planning on buying the 13 single. You dont need a whole lot of power at my local track to clear everything. Im running a xxx with the standard trans. Does anyone know gearing would be an ok starting spot for this motor? The track I race on is loose and open.

9 teeth over the wind with an 82 spur.

i.e. 12x1 = 21, 13x1 =22
