Heat up your oven at home to 350 and stick the motor in there for about 5 to 10 min take it out and use the eraser end and push slowly out the top.
Hope this helps.

be sure to remove piston and rod first before you try to remove the sleeve.

good luck

You can't remove the piston & con-rod without taking out the liner first.
Or is there a way ??.

What I normally do is push it up with a nylon rod from below after removing backplate. If it refuses to barge, tap the nylon rod lightly till it start to move. It should move unless the engine has been shelfed for a long period of time without any after-run oil applied.

we usually use a toothbrush for pushing the sleeve out. Just put the flat edge against the sleeve and the head against the table and push down, pops right out. How the heck would you get the piston out before the sleeve was out? And for the baking suggestion, be carefull banging it around or your bearings will fall out as well.

I normally just stick a piece of tie strap, from the top thru the exhaust port and turn the flywheel. if its really stuck, I use a thicker plastic like a servo horn or a shock spacer. If that doesnt work i spray a little wd40 around the sleeve and let it sit. A little heat around the sleeve should help as well.
