Exclamation NEED HELP!!!!!

I have this buggy:

http://www.kyosho.co.jp/web/products..._sports-e.html

When I hit the gas, the gear and clutch bell spin fast and the rpm goes as high as it will go but it only goes about 2mph.

The gear look fine and so does the clutch bell.

I checked out the differential and it looks ok too.

I need some help on figuring out what is wrong or some suggestions on what to look at or what you think it might be.

Reply with any comments you have.

Thanks

Red face

Flywheel could be loose.
Clutch is slipping under load.
More than likely one of these two are your cuprets.
Hope this helps,
TEX

Almost sounds like the clutch is slipping BAD.

Yes it does have a slipper! If the big/spur gear is turning really fast and the buggy is not going anywhere then tighten the slipper. If not do what Tex1 suggested.

Thank you to all who posted help.

I looked through the car more thoroughly and found that one of the wheels hubs was missing a little bar that locks it to the wheel to spin it. So i replaced that.

Thank you still because I looked at everything you guys recommended and some of the things were a little loose.

Thanks
