Default Best way to bolt down a TKO starter plate

Just curious as to how you guys have bolted them down and maybe some hints on how you modified the wheel to be higher.

I just used four 3x12 flat heads(counter sunk hole) with nylon lock nuts and a couple dabs of shoe goo to secure my plate. I did not shim or raise my starter wheel on my Ofna box. Mine works fine.
