sleeve pinch tool

where can i buy the sleeve pinch tool for nitro motors? lmk thanks for the help... :weird:

Don't do it. It is far safer to send the piston and sleeve set to OSrocket or Ray-A-Racing. Those clamps can easily ovalize your sleeve and ruin it.

that's just it, they are clamps, not sleeve re-sizers

our lhs just got 1 and its not a clamp. u put ur sleve in a die and then a press comes down witch pushes the sleve further in the die wich pinches the sleve

RayAracing is the man!! He does awesome work and for a great price!!

I have some of the sleeve pinching tools you speak of... That's how I found RayA, as the tools you buy don't do the job right and can ruin your sleeve faster than doing doughnuts on dirty blacktop!!

I have used pinchers for years and as long you don`t get in a hurry it works good . I`ve heard of people trying hose clamps and ovaling out the sleeve . The pincher [resizers] work great if you know how to use one , it can be very easy to overpinch if you are not careful .

is there another brand.. i mean $400 is a lot to me ..lol

I would just send your p&s in and have them done proffesionally. You can get an industrial clamp that some people call pinch tools. I would only try this on a cheap japanese built engine.
