Buy another receiver.

Then in the radio, set your first car and its settings as model (memory 1) and do the same for car 2, and make it model (memory) 2.

You can also get a JR rs310, it's smaller and lighter and it's synthesized. It costs about $75 and works perfectly with Airtronics radios!!! Not to mention I have never seen an RS300 or 310 go bad, but I've see a few XXTRA's take a dump....

Hi guys

I know there could be a number of causes, but my car keeps on breaking when running - its always the same spot so i'm assuming this is caused by the failsafe - but is there any way to improve reception without buying a new radio? a longer attena perhaps?
