Well I am looking at getting back into nitro, and I really want an LST2 to race and bash. I love ebay, but I also hate it because of the crap you CAN get. I am very aprehensive about buying a used nitro truck, especially the one I am looking at. It says "This vehicle has been run, and seen around several gallons of fuel run through it. However, the chassis and its components are in perfect working order. The engine has been properly maintained, and after-run procedures have been adhered to. I simply must sell it to keep the size of my RC collection to a more manageable level." So it seems in good condition, but ran alot. My first question is how long does a nitro engine last, could this one be on it's last leg? And what do you guys think about this LST, it's not an LST2, but I can deal with that. The pipe looks a little off...

how much $$ are they asking for it? after a few gallons thru an engine it is normally time to rebuild or replace it.

right now its at $60 which obviously is a steal. It won't go for near that most likely though. Even if I had to get a new engine, it seems worth it, then again receiver/radio aren't included. I just want a shiny new one!
