I would not make any negative comments about this seller until you find out the entire story. This seller might not of been the one who stole the stuff. He might of bought the stuff (aka pawn shop) and then tried to sell them on ebay and found out it was stolen. This happens all the time. I actually had this happen to me about 15 years ago and I happen to run across the stuff that was stolen from me at a local pawn shop. I was told who pawned the stuff and the stupid kid got his due when his dad found out and I got my stuff back.

Default Have bridge for sale.

So the thief bought the stolen merchandise at the pawn shop to turn around and resell it on eBay?

Default Something is not right!

In post # 17 above it states that the Thief said in his own words when asked about it that he bought the cars at a swapmeet. In post #20 above it says that when the thief was asked about it again that now he says he bought the stuff at a pawn shop.

Also it is very wrong that this thief is still allowed to sell on eBay.

A thief is a thief is a thief!
A thief is a thief is a thief!
A thief is a thief is a thief!

I read the whole story live on the SGRID conferences. One of Jason's friends got the guys adress somehow and went straight to his house to get the stuff, packing a very convincing little tool in his pocket.
