Default Mugen Bulldog Spares???

Hey everyone.
I have a modified Mugen Bulldog (reasonably stock except for motor and four shock setup rather than the old two shocks. Does anyone know of any spares for my rig???

Thanks

Hey thats a great old buggy

Unfortunately, since they haven't been in production since around 1986 you're going to have a tough time finding parts.

I suggest to keep an eye on ebay (saw a whole car for sale on there last week!)

yeah that's where I got mine. I only got it yesterday and I allready broke a steering component. I guess I'll have to start retro fitting other bits allready. I realised it was a classic, that's why I bought it (something different) .
I'll have to keep my eyes open
Thanks for the reply

Well the piece I broke is the housing that the front axle rides in, I broke the stalk off that the tie rod goes onto, I don't know if something else is similar or if they interchange with anything????

Can you swap it with one of the rears? I remember doing this a bit back then since when they broke, it only took out half of it.

Nah, it's been converted to 2 wheel steer and the posts cut off. I've come up with an idea. I'll sandwich the steering horn with a piece of titanium either side and put a bolt through it to keep it in place and also to make a stand off sticking up to mount the tie rods back on, should be a lot stronger than stock.

Well it worked, It's back running around like a champion, I replaced everything with new heavy duty bits and some areldite and small bolts.
I had a look at my LHS and Kyosho have some aluminium cast front axle carriers and I think I could make them work.
Anyway, keep me in mind if anyone comes across spares, thanks guys.
