Post Battery Life Question

Are there any secrets to extending the runtime of a battery. My batteries are all 2000's....what is the average time in minutes a bettery pack should stay charged?

it all depends what batteries you are running and what sort of motor, today's racing standard is 2400mah - 3300mah batteries the more miliamps the more runtime

2000s respond very well to dead shorting. When I use to run 2000s I noticed a definite increase in run time and avergae voltage. But if you want run time definetly step up to 3000s or 3300s. Can't go wrong with them.

Default What voltage do 3300 put out fully charged?

I just tested my 1500 @8.1vand my 1900 @8.5v, What are the numbers for a 2400 3000 or 3300 at full charge with no load(voltmeter)?

The only time voltage matters in a cell is at the moment they peak, or under load.

The no-load figure indicates nothing except whether the cells are charged (8v+) or flat (around 7.2v).
