Default start but stalls

hey guys i drive an hpi nitro rush and everytime it starts if i dont rev it it will shut off. Even if i rev it sooner or later it will turn off. i need some help cause i want to start racing ......

p.s. my pull start is screwed up 2 if i pull it to hard it dosent retract and i half to loosen the screws until it retracts?!?!

Sounds like you're mixture is a touch too rich at the low end, or maybe your idle is too low.

I would say to lean, The weather has been cold, and in colder weather you have to run a bit richer. You did not say what your setting were. The 15fe runs best at about 2-2 1/2 turns open, also make sure your idle is about 1mm open.
