Lol @ smellfire!

Does anyone have much info on the SS kit version? It does look to have a few significant improvements over the RTR, would be interested to hear peoples thoughts?

I want a truggy, HPI has by far the best parts support in my area... so have been looking at the hellfire... but a few features of the RTR havent impressed me. SS lands here next month sometime.

Is the SS kit a significant improvement? Or just a bit of a dress up?

the kit is going to be all the rtr was not.it will have thicker arms, thicker shock towers, better brakes, wing kit.it will be ready to race for any track.we have almost 5 gallons through my hellfire and no chassis flex,i have made upgrades ware they were needed when they were needed, not just to do it.for a racer a ss kit would be great,a hellfire rtr would be for anyone starting out and wanted to start with a good product and build on it from there.thicker towers were nice, graphite brakes, better pipe, ninja motor, upgraded servos.
what is also nice is that parts are easy to get hpi is great about getting stuff out besides the wing kit, lol.
