ebay. 
there are a couple of dealers on ebay that are listing the xxx-cr right now. one of them says that they ship world wide. the other (pacific coast hobbies) lists europe, asia and australia as places that they ship to.

I ordered mine from Pacific Coast Hobbies on eBay. I've had stuff from them beofre and they are reliable. Shipping is cheap too at only US$25 for Global Express to AUS. Should be here in less than a week.
They have more kits on there now but I suspect they'll sell out soon!
