Default What's next?

Ok, i have an evader Bx.
Here is the Mod List.
1. 9T3W s-pro motor
2. intellispeed 8T ESC
3. Graphite Chasis
4. Graphite shock towers
5. Every pinion gear made for the BX AND the ST
6. Hard Springs on the rear shocks
7. Brand new body and wing
8. Deans
9. Square Fuzzies (tires)
10. Other custom/minor things

alright, so thats the setup.
I am thinking of investing in some more graphite/ aluminum suspension parts. But, i am unsure if thats a good investment. I am a pretty good driver and i only break shock towers, mainly because i take it off of jumps that are made for savages and other cars with very giving suspensions.

So maybe new steering servo, but the one i have turns the tires fine just that the tires always slip on corners that i don't yeild into.

I actually would like to build a track (nothing fancy) but i have no place that i would be able to, otherwise it would be a done deal.

Any suggestions for next mod?

thanks,
Derek

With all that money dumped into your evader ever thought of investing in a B4 or Bk2?

well ever thought of getting a b4, or bk2...your just trying to make some cheap buggy better, when you could just buy a bk2 or b4 and make it better then the bx would ever be.

I hate to be a jerk....but have to agree. You'll do fine with the evader, but the AE and Losi cars have a far superior chassis design and materials that could support a far greater stress. And honestly, for all the money you're putting into that car, you could have an AE or Losi with lesser electronics that would still be better on the track.

My advise, your next mod should be a B4 or XXX-CR roller.

I'm not too familiar with the BX...

some cheap buggy? im not a duratrax fan but come on man he got some money invested into it it dont sound like junk to me. but ya for the money u put into it u couldve bought a buggy with all that already done but when u are on a budget thats about all u can do right. And whats the fun in getting a buggy that already has hop ups parts and nothin to get excited for waiting to install? if i was u i would save up for a orion lipo pack. the sound killer

Yeah right now i have 2 matched GP3300's, and i can explain myself for upgrading a "par" car. As stuff would break or begin to lose preformance, i would replace it, usually with better stuff. I bought it like 4 years ago i believe so its been around the block a few times and its held up pretty well. So, its been a very gradual "upgrading" process. I don't really know if i want to buy a new offroad, iv'e actually been looking at an electric onroad. Another thing is, I am a pretty good driver with that buggy because i know it so well. Yeah, lipo pack that is a good idea ill have to pop into my lhs and see what they can order.

If you want to make a good investment then save your money. If it runs fine then heres a few items you should put on your shopping list.
Novak gtb 8.5 or 6.5
duratrax ice w/ a power suply& a 6k mah lipo.
Those two items will make you much faster and happier then making your car half a gram lighter.
