I am almost done converting my 1/8 scale buggy to electric. I need a good charger for the NeuEnergy 25c 5000mah 4s Lipos. I currently have an Ice charger and a Trakpower V-Balancer for my 1/10 "gold bricks". Can I use this setup with new balance leads or is it easier to get a new charger/balancer? I do have the adapter from Neu, part number NEU-TP.

I am not up on the Lipo chargers and have had my Ice since the day they came out. I feel so lost right now

I don't see why you can't do your balancing duties with the what you have as well as charging. Just confirm with the manufacturers of both items that it is possible to use them.

Now, if you do want an all in one unit, give the hyperion 610i a serious look. I have this charger, and I have been highly impressed. I also like the fact that it has a dataport that you can use to update its software on the pc when needed.

All the reviews seems really good, it does the charging and balancing at the same time, plus has a data port and such..
