[B]XXX-4 Diff Covers[B]
#1

Hey again boys and girls!
Are there any xxx-4 drivers that know if there is an aluminum front diff cover anywhere on earth for this buggy?
It seems I can't keep the #@*(%& bumper screws from cracking the graphite mounting holes. I've tapped it before I started screwing it in and thought I'd finally nailed it but after a while it looks like it stressed out and fractured it anyway.
I should point out that the portion that keeps fracturing is the very "meatless" area on the front diff that's just ahead of the two tap holes that accept two 4-40 caphead screws.
Usually I try to CA glue the cracks and it works okay but it still messes with my head.
I would try drilling but I don't want to risk making the pilot too big! I love this buggy more than anything but this weak spot frustrates me to no end.
Any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated! THANKS in advance!!!
