highly recommend the "blue" shock springs from kyosho. they're a cheap upgrade that will make a big difference in how the car handles.

the pipe.....you can take out the baffle that comes in it.....that will wake up the stock engine that it comes with.

tires and rims. just buy whatever the fast guys are using at your local track.....the rtr tires are crapola, are hard as a brick and don't have any foams in them.

like someone else already said.....upgrade your steering servo. the one that comes with it is crap. the other servo for throttle is fine as is.

a rechargable reciever pack. changing out double A batteries will get old after a while.

a starter box. yankin' that pull starter will get old after a while too.

that's about all you need to upgrade for now. run it, race it for a while....then go out and buy yourself a jammin', or mp777, xray, mugen....or better yet, get on the waiting list for a losi 8ight.
