I just talked to Maifield again today and he's been out running a lot. He'll be back at SRS for the next race day. He said he's really impressed with the durability of the truck. Also, out of the box, the clutch and brakes feel awesome.

AE just updated the site that trucks will be availiable late Sept. We know that's going to be just in time for the GT nats, so we'll do our best to have trucks available if we can.

Default which .12

I was wondering if anyone could tell me a good 12 for the new GT2. i heard that lrp 12s were good and that novarossi was coming out with a side exaust 12 for gas truck. i'm looking for smooth power but still enough to get over those jumps right out of the corners. thanks for the input.

The only way i'd run anything other then an O.S. is if it was FREE!!!

Otherwise, O.S. engines, mean completed mains, smooth power, good fuel economy, best ease of tuning in the industry!

Of course i'll be beating on the GT2's with my trusty GT for a little while, since money is tight and I am also curious, heh heh.

, Jim

Wish I could get one while we are still running offroad here. I would love to race them both on the same day and see my times with each one. I was gonna sell my old gt but I just can't as it's the favorite rc I've ever owned. And it's setup for anywhere with just a oil change and maybe spring change. But ya, definately need a gt2 in the stable!!

Novas are my favorite engines with os coming in a very very close second.
