All of our national team drivers running the GT nats have trucks now: Tebo, Cavalierei, Maifield, Saxton, Taylor James, JR Mitch, Cody King, Marty Korn. There are a few more regional drivers who will also run the GT2 at the Nats.

We've done some more testing and we should have some good setups on the AE site by the time the kit is out.

Tebo, Cavalieri, Cody King and I raced at Hot Rod Hobbies . Ryan TQ'd and Tebo won the main.

I got some video of them all racing together in practice after the mains...I will see if we can't get AE to post it up on the site.

I broke in a new CVR .12 today> After break in. During practice it temped out at 250 is that normal... also after the first qualifier it temped at 260. So I turned down the top end an 1hr>> Sorry if I said that wrong...

LOL Have the posted a date when they are going to release the GT2...

Team Associated said the GT2 kits are on their way to the States. Expected to arrive in Cali at the Associated plant anytime and then turnaround out to the distributors. Once distributors get them, they will ship to Hobby Shops and Mail order houses.

Several of the GT2 parts are in stock now at the distributors so parts will start showing up in Hobby shops middle of next week.
Lets hope the trucks are not more than a few days behind the parts boat... lol

Default OS

My CVRs run under 210*, Lot of variables with engine temps. Still sounds a bit hot to me in general.

I ran my "old school" GT this weekend at a RCPro race. Ran 2 quals with my ad2 and the last 2 with a bone stock GT and had slightly faster lap times...Still can't beat a GT!! lol>> I do attribute the times to track conditions. A poor choice in tires in my main was my downfall to bumping up...or my lack of driving skillz.. Still was Blast!
