Does anyone know if thyere is a 'PRO' version of the V2 available yet? Can't see anything on the MRC or Acadmey web sites.

If it's out, what is the spec?

Cheers,
Scott

No word on the Pro but I am assuming it will have a similar hopup configuration like the V1 did. And maybe come with that front oneway.

By the way, if anyone wants a V2 let me know, I am going nitro as that is what is primarily run locally. I got it listed here in the forsale area. ALso, if you need some Ifmar studs or Holeshots, I got a set of each fully mounted, never been used for sale too.

Jerry23,
Is it built? How did it go? Does it come with an undertray?

Thumbs down

Hey,Sorry to say i havnt had time to build it even though its been a while that I had it. It does come with the under tray though. The V2 comes with a lexan wing instead of the Nylon one now.

I will be building it soon. Just gotta clean out my R/C room so i can work. Re arranged things in our house and my room got the shaft

Hi,
I noticed you were in Singapore. There's actually a shop in Selangor(near KL), Malaysia that is pushing the SB V2 and carries parts for it. They're called HPC Model Sports. They are in near Subang, a bit further up the highway after KL. You can check out their web site at http://www.hpcmodelsports.com/hpc2006/home2006.htm

If you are up there sometime, you can check them out.

Jerry23,
Glad to hear about that undertray. Still considering between this buggy and the Tamiya DF03 Dark Impact. This one seems like a better deal but a few things about the weird Tamiya buggy is appealing to me. We'll see.

I read the review in RC Driver about the DI and its appears to be a good buggy, with a few upgrades you can have something very raceable.

Hopefully this a trend we see more of, affordable raceable 4wd buggies.

got the chassis complete today and built the shocks, but i stripped a cap. Pretty easy to build. Definately get the upgraded shocks and turnbuckles for it. I wish i would have got the CVD kit for the back. I'm gonna be out of town the next 2 weekends for non r/c related stuff. I'll let you guys know how it goes when i get to put it on dirt

Peace
Jerry

Thanks for the pictures dailband looks like these upgrades will make some people happy, even though the buggy is awesome as is.
