I did preorder this today locally

Price will be Minium 169$ for this roller, max 189$
I did pay 50$ and rest when it arrives in 3-6weeks
Price is very good because the Carten high quality made in Taiwan. Not China.

I have old RC friend who moved to Italy. He did also preorder this in Italy at his Local Hobby Shop, he paid 159 euros

I will have this 200mm HPI body

1/10Touring Car Size 200mm/Use 3mm offset wheel for 190mm width chassis Officially Licensed by Subaru.

This looks fantastic. As much as I like my Tamiya XV-02 Pro, I'm already wondering if this will be better (don't want to say anything 'negative' about Tamiya kits, but I can't claim they're all that great...but, they ARE enjoyable to build). Also, can you, please, provide any links for preordering (for retailers that will ship to/within the US)? I've searched, and, so far, have come up empty-handed.

As for the body, are you sure it'll fit (by 'fit', I mean "sit down onto the chassis properly")? Reason I ask is, I have the Killerbody Subaru BRZ R&D Sport body, which I had temporarily placed on a TT-02 (never intended for it to remain on that chassis). After receiving/building the XV-02 Pro, I attempted to use that body...and found that, even work the body resting right on the shock towers, the fenders were still sitting almost an inch above the top of the tires. Put another way, the body, which is marketed as a "touring car body" (as it's the Subaru body you're considering), fits perfect on a TC chassis, with its shorter shock towers...but, the VX-02 Pro, with its taller also towers, was too 'tall' to properly accommodate the body. Now, while the Impreza body is definitely 'nice',b what I'd REALLY like is a WRX STI rally body. Delta Plastix does a 1/8, but not 1/10. Tamiya does a 1/10 (#51593),: but finding one in-stock is all but impossible right now. On eBay, there's a Chinese seller offering "pre-painted" (actually, printed) versions, but there's no way of telling if they'll fit a rally chassis (again, they're marketed for TC chassis).

I think Carten is part of the same company with SNRC and Race Opt

Any updates on these? look great value.

At half the price of an XV-02 it seem very interesting indeed.
