Matthew
You going to be starting an official SCT410SL thread like you did for the SCT410 series trucks?

Got to run the truck for the second time yesterday. Started 5th in B main and ended up 2nd missing the bump spot. I had the lead a few times but screwed up. The truck felt good had no nose dive issues but did have the front end float on me and instead of tapping the break and hit the throttle. We adjusted the expo to tame the steering twitchiness and I did use negative expo on throttle I think I settled with negative 30 on throttle. It was easer to drive once we got the negative expos set. Now to see what happens in two weeks!

I have the steering stop screws in no washers. The problem I was having was the steering going to full lock before the steering wheel on the controller getting to the end of travel,

Another thing to try on the radio to calm the feeling of the truck down is servo speed for the steering. Most of the good servos out there are simply too fast and actually cause the car to break traction when you steer. On my EB48 2.1 I'm running a Protek 170sbl (at 8.4v) and have the speed set to - 35 on my MT44 with 0 expo. It's a quick and easy change to try in the middle of a practice run.

Matthew
My steering servo is the Tekin T-360. It is their crawler servo. It is fast and has a ton of torq. I had it in the SCT410.0, did not feel like buying a new servo so I used it. I might get their T-300 once I save some money. I was playing with the steering speed but have not had the chance to go get some practice to try it out some more.
