Default IB charging methods.

Ok well ive heard soooo much on how to get the best performance out of IB cell.

So post you routine and why you think it works.

Packs are stored for no more then 5 days at 5.4V
Right before charging I EQ them to .9
Charge at 6 Amps on ZEROpeak.Usally take over 4000MAH and peak around 115degrees
After my run I discharge back to 5.4v at 20 Amps.

I was told If I eq them lower say .5 .6 before the charge they will be better??

EQing them more gets your more runtime, and runtime with IB 3800's in not an issue, I always EQ them at .9

I charge teh same way you do, but sometimes we have a shortage on people each week, so that doesnt allot me to discharge, tray, then let the battery totaly cool, then charge, so sumtimes i charge them up from when i used them the 1st race. But i totaly let them kool first.

For storage, i discharge them to 5.4 volt and let them sit untill next week, when next week comes, i tray to .9, then charge it baby!

But right now, onroad ended, and offroad starts in little more then a month, so i put a full charge in them to store at 4 amps, then when im ready to use them, ill go early to the track and use the packs in practice, then do it all over again
