Smile 1/10 buggy wheelbase rules

Max wheelbase is 292mm but is it based on resting suspension position or at any point of suspension travel? The IFMAR rule book clearly stated that the max width of 250mm is based on any point of suspension travel(wheelbase not mentioned)

It would be at race ready ride height. No point in checking the wheel base while its hanging in the air.

Hi,

For worlds level events. For width and wheel base, the have a box that the car has to be able to be placed in. Suspension compressed with no binding on the box. Box should also be able to be lifted off the car.
