Obviously anyone that doubts that this will be the most dialed car ever knows nothing about Electric off road racing. Losi will not screw up an off road car. They pretty much invented what all off road cars are today, and probably just invented what all 1/8th scales will be tomorrow.

Whatever parts are on the car and whatever they are made of are what is best. They know better!! Seriously, think of the off-road talent that tested this thing and the off-road design backrounds of the people that made it. This thing will rule. End of story.

OK here's my guess. I am thinking the main differences we will see will be a reduction in number of parts via using molded pieces for the front end etc., a more modular design ala XX, and a little different front upper suspension setup, similar to the 1/10-scale cars. Vertical ballstuds maybe?

Just a guess......what do you think???

Told ya - cept for the vertical ballstuds..

Yeah your right, Mugen, Kyosho, Jammin...are already behind now because Losi "knows better" in the 1/8 arena...

That looks like it has a lot of potential. Losi has brought lots of great plastics technology to the hobby but the XXX is the same basic layout as the old RC10.The Associated RC10 is the father of all off road cars.

I'll be very interested in seeing how the finished product comes out. I could see some of the plastic molds getting beefed up. It is also interesting that they are using many more molds than existing buggies like servo trays and shock towers. I think it's a good thing.

i have to agree with most people on this one. the plastic is just wrong. and before you all get your panties in a bunch, no i havent seen one tested, run, or anything. but seriosly, who in their right mind would put in plastic center braces? just wrong. if someone showed me the 8ight and a Matrix side by side and i had no clue which was which (talking prototype here) i would have switched them.....

Lighten up!! I was just saying that the car won't be junk!! And that obviously the creators have some previously established credibility in determining the best way said car could be designed!!

Not what I was expecting. Thought it would be a little more higher end. Time will tell what the production one will be.

Still want it.
