Johnny - I seem to remember someone coming up to me at Pegasus JBRL and asking why his truck wasn't as fast as everyone elses and why couldn't he make certain jumps...When I told that certain person it's not only motor it's batteries he went and got a new pack and was as fast as everyone else. New batteries will get me over those triples for the whole race, the driver might not, but the batts will.

Yes Casper, Erik has come out of nowhere in truck and is truly fast. He needs to be spanked and put in his place...come on down and lets show him it's not so lonely at the top. I did get three new packs...I couldn't get a hold of Keith but bought from his supplier. I forgot my batts are a year old and this is the main reason it seemed I was having power trouble with that CO27 in my truck. We'll see how my laps go on Sunday..Little JG will also be driving INT buggy.

Good luck to whoevers going on Fri. Erik - I'd like to see 15 laps...don't get cocky on your last lap.

went to practice today.. wanting to try and break my vendetta.. by trying to clear or come close to clearing the quad... but i could only land about 3 or so inches passed the painted line.. if i had just a few extra feet to play with and get a good running start..i am sure i could clear it..

Default Transponder

Is this the type of Transponder that would work at SoCal?

If not, what type do you recommend?

Thanks,
John

Maybe he did that on purpose. Minis are annoying, they are fast because of 4wd and big motor but get tossed around because of small wheelbase. They are not made for precision driving at Socal. They flip over too much and just get in the way. Think of the ricerockets that weave in and out of traffic on the highway but will crash at any time.

You raced in the NOVICE class right ? It ' s like the land of the blind where the one eyed man is king. Why act like it 's a big deal ( big shot ) ?

Personally, I take out all minis that get in my way with great satisfaction unless they 're just little kids starting out.

Default What did I say ?

What did I say ? Damm Killer !!! Simmer down. Are you related to that boy ? You missed my point.

Minis aren't fast enough on the track to stay with 1/10 scale and become a nuisance. Some thinks they 're badass and wanna race with 1/10 trucks so I run them over when they crash infront of me. I DID say that I don't do that to kids starting out.

The boy made a big deal over some novice race blamming the marshall so I just gave him a little perspective.

You have a nice day.

yes BRUCE STONE does not get the point of doing a good marshal job for 12 years he has raced and marshaled he just doesn't get it he THINKS it is more important to look for 0.10 body clips on the track than marshal I HAVE TOLD HIM COUNTLESS TIMES to pay ATTENTION
