After much time, money, and effort by not only The Nitro Pit Crew (Kenny Brosh, Trevor Clement, Todd Jonas, and Myself) but all of the incredible efforts of many volunteers (we can't begin to name all of you, but you know who you are), we have created a state of the art race facility that we are proud to announce will be the new home of one of the largest races in the Nation...The Nitro Challenge~!!!

"With the growth of the Nitro Challenge and the last few years of inclimate weather, we have decided to move to sunny Arizona to The Nitro Pit. Since The Nitro Pit is such a large facility, with all the amenities, and is put together by a great group of guys, it was a perfect match. We are all very excited!" ...Joey Christensen - The Dirt Racing, Inc.

We look forward to kicking off the new year with you in Arizona...~! Ross Denny

Thanks Eric- I was just reading that post when I got the notification you posted here!

AZ is a lot futher then Hemet. The track looks nice but now I think I have to decided between Cactus and nitro challenge. Not sure I am willing to drive out there back to back months. Sad to see Hemet Race park loose this race. Maybe the weather will be better in AZ?

Less rain for sure. Plus you will probably have to worry less about your stuff getting stolen

M3 holeshots are always a good bet. Pink X-2000 almost always work as well in buggy. Mod truck stick with M3 holeshots.

X-3000 has a little larger pins and has a lower profile carcus design. I think the drier the track the better the x-3000 will work. I have had very little track time with the x-3000 but I liked them a lot whe I was running them. I think with a wet fresh track the x-2000 will be a little better but once the tire stops caking up the x-3000 will be a little better. I like the lower profile of the x-3000 though. I think it makes is a little more stable.
