I know suppercross isn't till Dec. but,

What about classes for ventage cars by year; i.e. 1980 to 1985, 1986 to 1990, 1991 to 1996. Or some thing along that setup? Anyone in?

quick question for you guys.. i havent been able to get to the track for a few days.. my son was very sick,, im hoping to get down there tonight..

but my question is this,, my vendetta ,18th scale buggy, initially had 0-degree rear toe.. and now with hop-up i have 3-degree rear toe in.. will i notice a big difference?,,, im just dying to see if i will,, but im still not sure if i will make it tonight.. and i dare not drive it on the street.. for various reasons..

Default I am guessing

The rear end will want to "stay" back there on power, therefore less steering overall but more stable. I am just guessing. See you tonight.

track was crappy.. very hard packed but also slippery. there was light dust on the surface.. the mini-infero wheels although smaller and wider than my yokomo wheels,
just did not hook up well.. the mini pins were too close together which almost gave it a smoth like surface area,, the proline crime fighters/yokomo wheels were 10 times better and provided me with enough grip to do wheelies down the back straight.. but once again the track was so crappy i couldnt tell you if the 3-degree toe in made a difference..

The track is mostly the same pipe layout as last time, small changes though. The sections that we were able to pack, were a double to right 145 turn, small table into a right 90, into a double-double-double, all easy stockers, I think mod can triple-triple (second double for stock is a bit tricky, I think that the landing is maybe an inch or so taller than the takeoff, still easy). From that section comes a 180 left burm, into a decent sized triple. With no traction (slide out after the burm almost) and the landing not packed, I could triple it with my stock truck.

After that is kinda... iffy... They built a HUGE FUCKING table-top, by the line, to do that, they dug down 2~ feet about 10 feet in front of it. So you have this huge drop off, so they think it will be good to put a big jump on the top of the drop off, as if you can jump up onto the table top. There was just no way, the lip was 60 degrees, going up? Charles and I attempted to make it a roller so you could get over the giant table top, although we didn't get far before getting yelled at. :/ Just tryin to help :/

The rest of the track I'm not sure, most of it is flat though.

Slim said he would take care of it, although unless your standing as far right as possible, you cannot see the turn RIGHT after the downside of the table.

Sounds like a fun track. Especially for mod. Johnny, how do you like the buggy? Looks like you are on the pace.

Is it too early to start talking about the SuperCross and voting for it to go back to a two day event???

Even if it's three months away, I'll go for two days anytime. I wonder if Slim's gonna add 19 turn class this year both buggy and truck.
