bomb one with m3 holeshots will be your safest bet. 2 stage are a little stiff for bumpy so cal.

Thanks guys. What do you think about fronts? I know in buggy it's not that important, but I'm not sure about truck.

Fronts.....Proline 8175's and stuff the stock Proline rear foam in the front. Holeshots work good in pretty much any conditions but if it gets relatively dry, Square fuzzies are about the best thing to run but they wear out super fast. Bomb 1 is the best thing if you don't have any Hartson (Fastlap) foam.

Ain't that the truth. It makes no sense to me either. Not only Kyosho and Associated, but most major RC companies are in Southern California! I would think that a giant hobby shop and tracks for everyone in a single facility would be a hit. If I were a manufacturer, I'd definitely be trying to make that happen. I know land is expensive and all, but there are vacant lots and empty buildings...how could a track be less profitable than nothing? As it is, I'm going to be selling my five Associated cars and not replacing them because of this closure...unless another track opens soon. I'd love to hear from the manufacturers on this subject.

I should be leaving for socal shortly, once my brother gets home from school & I get the car loaded. I think I'm going to run truck tonight and maybe buggy on Sunday. I would like to have fun on the last race though, so I may not race buggy at all .
