Default Track rebuild

Sunday was a little dissapointing at SoCal. I guess Fathers day killed it. There was no racing. Nobody showed to sign up.
I got in a little practice, and will say that it was the same old SoCal track,
not busted up at all, the track was fine.

This coming Tuesday a new layout is going in. I'm going down to help out after work. I'm sure they would welcome help from all.

Just putting out some info.
See a at the track

I will still race at so cal fridays for the time being. I just need to find the right place at a decent price. The irvine place needs a few modifications to work and I would like to not deal with that if I don't have to. And yes Slim said he will run the track and unfortunatly the fly his helicopter while I shoot at it with my soft air rifle... hey my track my rules anyways I haven't said anything for a while so I wanted to update. But I promise this track will make you want to move in.... take care all see ya out there!!!
Has something changed with socal? Thought they were closing for sure at the end of July.

So I heard from MT on Sat., they will put in a new layout tomorrow and water the crap out of it. Then they will let it soak for a day and hopefully it will be nice and moist by Thursday.

I'm down for some Fri night Racin!

sounds good, any knowledge of what time they will be working on it? I get out of school at 12:20, I'd like a chance to help out.

I would like to get some new buggy holeshots and run buggy, I really don't want to waste my holeshots for hemet by buggy gripping them in truck.

Johhny - Not really, but I have to work until 5:00 and MT said it would still be cool to come. I also think Slim would be working his day job, so they won't start early. Most likely.

James - Something has changed. Now going there gives you a crappy insecure feeling. It's like going back with a chick after the breakup. I've been thinking twice before laying down cash for parts.

Then again, it's like p...tang... Get it while you can!
