Thanks for shedding a little light on the track situation Pit_Dad. KILLER 89 seemed to have a little attitude regarding the question. Sometimes it can be hard to do the research when working all the time. Perhaps I need to deal crack for income. The hours seem to be more flexible.

Im the guy you and your dad use talk to with the blue, yellow and white Losi truck. I hadn't seen you at the track in a while. I stopped going for a while and started to go again when time permitted. Anyway, if you remember who I am, whats up!

Not Scott. You probably did'nt know my name. But it's Dave. I usually sat by the frequency clips, sometimes with my girlfriend. You use to ask how often i raced, cause i usually finished in the top three. Anyway if you don't know, then no big deal.

Hey whats up? I'm pretty much waiting for things to settle down so i can start going to the track again. I started following this thread the other day, to find out where i can go. All my cars are just sitting in the closet waiting. Hopefully the track situation will be setteld soon, so I can start to race again. I really was not looking forward to driving out to Pegasus. For a few, i thought i was going to end up selling my stuff. I drive enough for work, and other stuff, Pegasus would have been one more far place to drive....not good. Anyways I'm sure this new place will be good too, from the sound of Russ's e-mail introduction. Only time will tell.

Yeah, there for a while I also thought of selling all my stuff, maybe get into gas. But no matter what happens, im not doing any racing anymore, just practice for fun, wether it's electric or gas. I havnt gone to the track in about 2 months i think, maybe 3. and I dont plan on going until they rebuild the track. I have always had traction problems, and a crumby old layout doesnt exactly help the situation.

i bet i could do doughnuts better than anybody else though! im sure i have proven that many times

Hi all,

Russ here, due to the inquiries I've been getting from everyone I meet at socal or rev for that matter, I think everyone needs something new and are tired of the old. Since I love racing and can think of nothing better than rc'ing for a living, I will start a track in the next couple of months unless socal really cleans it up. I will still race at so cal fridays for the time being. I just need to find the right place at a decent price. The irvine place needs a few modifications to work and I would like to not deal with that if I don't have to. And yes Slim said he will run the track and unfortunatly the fly his helicopter while I shoot at it with my soft air rifle... hey my track my rules anyways I haven't said anything for a while so I wanted to update. But I promise this track will make you want to move in.... take care all see ya out there!!!
