If you have ever been to the Silver State or HRH at about 3 in the afternoon you would know why! One of the many reasons So Cal is soooooo cool. Indoor racing is a VERY special treat!

Socal is much more controlled, in that we don't have to worry about bad weather in order to race or not. Outdoor races you have to deal with sun being in your eyes, large shadows (ie, bakersfield [round 7] had a double double that you could NOT see during the mains), wind (creating dust storms), and the other bad weather of being way too hot or too cold.

hrh has odd gusts of wind that seems to pop up. i hear its worse sometimes on the offroad side.... i know on the oval side, it'll ALMOST push the ez-ups ;-)

but you must say, outdoors gives that certain 'extra special' element.

racing was fun and a pain at the same time.. i had problems with one of my motor connectors. which was causing glicthing..
the prblem was fix unf ortunately prior to the A-main..
and then the restart in the int. truck wasted my battery power and i couldnt finish the race.. other than that i had fun.. the track is still smooth..

Where were you at is the question... No Show Sunday! The track was actually super smooth, best I have seen it in a long time. I sucked in qualifying but threw down in the Main (BQ Raydog : )
