Do you need a personal transponder for the stock nats?

This would be my first nat's, and the entry form is not made yet.
Do you need a personal transponder for it?
Some people said yes, some said no.

Peel-it has transponders if you don't have a personal.

By the Roar Rules, rule # 12.3.4 stated that at level 4 races(Nationals) personal transponders are required. So yes for the Stock Nationals you will need a personal transponder.
