Default Duratrax makes a metal idler gear for the Evader

Buy the metal idler gear and it will fix the tranny problems. Buy lots of shock towers or go for the aluminum ones if you get tired of replacing them. for the money there is no better electric stadium truck - period. All the team losi fanatics will tell you thiers are better however all you have to do is take the body off of each and they look like all of the parts are interchangeable. It all comes down to driver skill as Lipo plus brushless is more than enough power for any 2WD.

plus...you get a one year stress-tech waranty on some parts (meaning if the part u break is on the list..you send it to them and they send you new ones)
i broke my servo(striped the gears) the first day...called duratrax and i didnt even have 2 send it in...they just shipped me a new one...but i got a metal gear now so its all good

you might want to buy a metal geared servo because this truck is very rough on them. I went through like 4 of them. Hope you have fun!!
