Ball diff issue.

I built my ball diff today (YZ2T) and built it per manual and as would be for any normal ball diff, but when I turn the outdrives it rotates smooth then there is resistance every 1/3rd of a turn. Ive never experienced this before. I rebuilt with TKO rings, Yokomo thrust balls and Protek diff balls .

He probably wasn't holding his mouth right when he rebuilt it, happens all the time.

It was the diff rings. The inner diameter was a bit too small so I had to hit it with a Dremel.
Also the balls were sideways.
Does this happen to you?
