Default Duratrax Maximum MT Pro

I have one of these trucks that I got on trade and I want to run it. Problem is is that I am an electric guy (not meaning I still do the electric slide or anything). So I don't know the first thing about these trucks. I am a car mechanic though so mechanical know-how is definately there. OK, here is my problems. The one-way bearing is missing. So is the pull-start (I have a cordless drill), there are two gears on the tranny and the smaller one of the two is totally stripped out (low gear I'm guessing), also there seems to be two screws missing out of the motor mount (where the motor meets the mount). Another thing, the glow plug, what do I need to get this thing to work? I know I need a charger but are ALL glow plugs rechargeable? I have everything else needed to run it, the reciever battery pack is there with batteries in it and it powers up just fine. Also, I know the engine has compression because I tightened my drill down onto the starter shaft and it blew air out of the exhaust pipe (turned it clockwise of course). I also forgot to mention that the engine is the Torq .16. I am obviously new to nitro, lol. The engine requires 20% nitro so I know that much...but if anyone can answer my question that would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
