Default Balls and cups

For HPI heavyduty ball cups and the stock ball ends do I need a special tool to insert the balls into the cups. This is for a HPI NMT for the turnbuckles.

Thanks for any help possible

I have lunsford turnbuckles w/rpm ball cups on my NMT. The rpm ball cups are a lot stronger then the HPI. I just use a pair of pliers to press them on to the balls.
