Default Engine Sealing

hey all

i am just wondering what everyone is using to seal their carb area's.

a real light thin bead of orange rtv silicone ..

at the way top of the carb ..

i use a tooth pick to apply it ..

make less of a mess

Yep, orange sensorsafe RTV from the auto store. Good stuff and cheap. I seal the backplate, under the carb, and top/bottom of the fuel nipple (banjo fitting) on the carb. Like said above just very thin bead and apply with a toothpick.
