Default HOBBYKING ESC "start power percent" Setting..?

I am running one of these HOBBYKING 60A ESC and programming it with one of these HOBBYKING Program card for esc
I have never messed with setting #2 and always leave it at "0" percent in hopes that is the softest setting for initial start up.. Wondering if upping he percent gives more "start power" aka punch (?) or less?.
Can someone confirm? I would like to have to softest start power as possible in hopes to gain traction on low traction dirt.
