Alternatives to Ogio 9800

Has anyone found similar bags to the 9800 that are also durable but don't cost as much as the car being put in it? I found some bags online for about 1/5 as much, but if they're going to fall apart 10 times as fast, that's not really a deal.

Half the size of the ogio, but perfect for onroad if you don’t have a ton of stuff is the Tuning Haus bag, look it up. Got it really cheap on amazon

Lots of space, it will hold a lot of stuff

Nice, but I'm looking for off road, and I like to have plenty of tools and spares with me.

The 9800 is expensive but it is one of the best investments I have made for racing and work every penny

I've been using this bag for about 18 months and it's been holding very well for me, tons of places to organize all my tools, I just don't know what I would do without it!

The pivotal bags are nearly as big as the 9800 and allow you to pack a car much better as they are rectangular.
Under 50 on Amazon and other sites

The OGIO bags are so nice,, but yes the pricing is a bit high, interested in what comes out of this thread

Why not go with the rolling tool box!?

I have been using this lately, but it's a little too big and cumbersome, and I have considered those stacking systems, but I need to lay it down in my trunk and imagine a vertical tool box would make a huge mess.

I found this one while looking at the OGIO 9800, it looks like a worthwhile option

BugleBoy10 06-17-2020 11:00 AM

I appreciate everybody willing to do the research for me, but I already found a bunch of bags with similar specs to the Ogio. Was just hoping somebody had experience with one and could comment on its function and durability.

I had actually decided to be the guinea pig and try the TPRC 36 inch rolling duffel, but Amazon went and raised the price 65% the day after I put it on my wish list, and now I canít buy it from them out of principle.
