Wiil I have to mod my RC 10 to use a starter box?
I was talking to guy I work with today and he said I'll have to install a flywheel on my RC 10 before I can start it using a starter box. I was under the impression the RC 10 already comes with a flywheel installed. So which is it?

What your friend was refering to was that you will need to replace the pull start flywheel (part #7612) with the non pull start flywheel (part #7610) so that it will work with your starter box.

If you stay with your existing engine, (if it is a pull start) you will not have to change anything, your starter box should work fine. If you are changing from a pull-start engine to a non pull-start engine then you may need to change flywheels,if you change engine mounts also.

As I stated in the Hobby Talk Forum, you do NOT need to change anything on your RC10GT to use a starter box with it. Just plop it down, line it up, start ang go. No more having one arm that is 3 shirt sizes bigger an the other (I HATE pull starters)
