Default Make your favorite tyres NOT BALOONING

Hello

this is maybe most important only for bashers who drive 6-8s rigs in high speed also most of times.

I have found couple tyres that are alot better than any Belted from Factory.

I want these tyres very bad only now.
They are not Belted.
They handle 3s cars pretty well about that balooning.

6S they baloon insane.

I have taped them inside with gorilla tape 3layers.
Now they dont baloon at all.
And they handle like before.
Added extra weight is almost nothing either.
They handle like before ? I mean they handle alot better today.
Zero balooning now.

How do you do it?
you buy and like heavy weight belted stuff?
Or you go own way like me ?

I dont like add stuff outsida the tyre.
This is Hillbilly i crash very soon stuff.

Im very happy with gorilla taped wheels self.
Now we talking offroad tyres

I have also try gorilla taped Badlands 5s buggy
AWSOME

are you kidding ?

you loose atleast 50% to air insteath of the ground.

many does belted today.
because of this.
you need pay atleast 20bucks more pair 4 this.
you can make this self better because light weight option comes in here.
belted wheels weight more than 150g each. mostly 250g

i make same size and less balooning at half the weight
use gorilla tape, this last and does the trick.

cheaop light weight and better .
atleast for me
i have found nice tyres cheap.
they did baloon alot.
today nothing
gorilla taped

if you have some tape over after you taped your wheels, then use the rest to bodyshell, reinforce rc bodies with gorilla tape is also great idea sometimes.

i ran gorilla tape on a few tires. Worked pretty good on 1/8 monster truck that went pretty fast.

I didn't like it so much on 1/5 losi stock tires, ended up removing it from them. (They were on beadlocks)
