So on carpet Iíve started on Red 5.0 fronts and Green 8.0 rears, good improvement over the AE springs and a really nice progressive feeling to them on track and more corner speed!

So I built my willspeed b6.3 buggy and noticed that the spur gear has some side to side play. I know that my b6.3 donor car did not have this. Is this normal?

The play is pretty small. Nothing to really worry about

Hi,

You should be able to add a shim at the bearing to remove the play.

i saw more 'wiggle' in the Schumacher conversion layshaft -- and i added a thin 0.2mm shim i had laying around from a 1/4" bearing 1/12th scale axle. it ate up the slack.
