Default Final Drive Ratio

Do most all the 1/8 Buggies have the same or very close to the same final drive ratio? The reason I ask is to compare motor and pinion choices. Do any brands run a different pinion gear count then another typically?

AE and Mugen are the same or very close. Tekno is different. HB used to be quite a bit different, but not sure about the current car. Kyoshso is close to the AE and Mugen. Not sure what TLR has.

8ight e 4.0 is 9.28:1 if I did my math right lol on a 16/45 pinion/spur. 3.30 gear box ratio.
Front overdrive kit is 3.23:1

According to this I am at 9.90:1

Tekno is also different depending on which version you are running, some folks have taken advantage of this as a feature to change the IDR between the front and rear diffs as an "overdrive" to get the front the pull around faster.
